Our Story: Two Paths, One Purpose

Our journey began when a neuroscientist exploring memory and the physical experience of stressors met a registered clinical psychologist helping clients take practical steps toward transformation. We realised therapy and research had the same goal: well-being.

We’ve all grown up hearing “Health is wealth” from our parents. But while the daily kadha and turmeric milk take care of our bodies, we don’t have similar channels in place for our mental health.

Therapseed recognises that Indian culture has always valued mental well-being. Ancient texts like the Atharva Veda speak of harmony among body, mind, and spirit. But in a culture that treats emotional balance as a cornerstone of health, modern pressures often push people towards quick fixes.

So we came together to bridge the gap between research, therapy and community and continue the tradition by bringing a scientific lens to mental well-being. Today, we continue to grow into workshops, psychoeducation and collaborations, creating a space for communities to heal and thrive.
