About Me
I believe that healing begins with acceptance—of our thoughts, emotions, experiences, and even the parts of ourselves we struggle with. It’s not a quick or linear journey, but a gradual process of understanding, growth, and learning to feel at ease within our own lives.
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over eight years of experience, and I hold an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from PGIBAMS, Raipur. In my work, I aim to create a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative—where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
My approach is primarily person-centered, which means I value empathy, authenticity, and truly understanding your unique story. At the same time, I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and trauma-informed approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy in a way that fits you, rather than a one-size-fits-all method.
I often work with individuals navigating concerns like self-esteem and self-image, anxiety, Adult ADHD, relationship challenges, childhood experiences that continue to impact the present, as well as life transitions such as midlife changes or empty nest experiences. I also work with couples, helping them improve communication, navigate conflicts, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
At the heart of my work is the belief that you already hold the capacity for change—and therapy is a space to reconnect with that strength, with the right support and guidance.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy simple, grounding activities—DIY projects, watching films, listening to sufi and instrumental music, and spending time with loved ones over coffee or quiet conversations.
